With more than 25 years in the fitness industry, I have worked all around the world. I have a BSc in Sports Science plus qualified as a nutritional therapist and Gut restoration advisor. Learning is my passion and I'm currently studying my MSc in Nutritional Medicine. I own a personal training studio in Cheshire where I am still actively working with clients to improve their life. I also consult on all things workplace wellbeing for global organisations.

  • I have a disease that is affected by nutrition, can I do this programme?

    This programme IS NOT suitable for those following a strict diet or nutritional guidance that could affect a disease such as (but not limited to) Crohn's, Colitis, Coeliac, Diverticulitis. You should always follow the guidelines provided to you by your nutritionists or medical practitioner

  • I'm pregnant or given birth in last 6 months, can I do this programme?

    No. This programme is not suitable for those who are pregnant, given birth in the last 6 months or currently breast feeding.

  • Im a vegetarian or vegan, is it suitable?

    Whilst there are some vegan and vegetarian food options available, the meal plan contains animal products

  • I'm injured, is this suitable?

    If you are injured or carrying a physical impairment you should check with your medical practitioner before starting this programme. The exercise can be demanding throughout this programme so you should be medically fit to take part. You might find the pilates programmes more suitable

  • I'm a beginner, can I do this programme

    You will exercise at your own pace throughout this programme. There is a beginner workout schedule you can follow. You should rest, take breaks and work at your own level.
