    All our workouts are press play and go and filmed like 'real-time' classes. Either myself or one of my expert trainers are sweating right along side you to provide extra motivation. We also coach and guide you through your workouts just like if you stepped into our classes. No more working out alone or wondering if you're doing it right.

    Getting a balanced nutrient dense diet is paramount for success and to gain all the rewards from your exercise efforts. That's why 99% of our programmes come with meal plans, done for you shopping lists and recipes to help you manage your eating alongside your exercise for complete transformation.

KT Chaloner

With more than 25 years in the fitness industry, I have worked all around the world. I have a BSc in Sports Science plus qualified as a nutritional therapist and Gut restoration advisor. Learning is my passion and I'm currently studying my MSc in Nutritional Medicine. I own a personal training studio in Cheshire where I am still actively working with clients to improve their life. I also consult on all things workplace wellbeing for global organisations.
